1. 24 hour turn-around from the time assignment and estimate are received, assignments can be made via fax or e-mail.
  2. Audit of the estimate using Mitchell Ultramate
  3. Locate alternate parts, LKQ and Aftermarket parts as specified by client procedures.
  4. Obtain agreed price with shop
  5. Fax/email agreed estimate to client/adjuster and body shop of record. 
  6. If unable to complete review with in 24 hours give status to adjuster.
  7. Will provide customized management reports that include percentage of savings for the month, average reduction per claim, and over-all savings.
